Our Mission
Carmen Cruz-Torres MSN, MHS, RN, CNE
NAHN New Jersey President
2024
We seek young, eager minds with a drive to steer forth the future of health care within the Hispanic population in the state of NJ. Seasoned, wise nurses connect with us and become pillars in retaining our nurses. Your expertise will provide a foundation for our novice nurses who struggle with the evolution in nursing education imposed by COVID-19.
Overall, NAHN NJ survives on volunteer members’ dedication to attain the association’s goals.
I hope you join la Familia de NAHN NJ, share your ideas and concerns, and collaborate in our efforts to transform health care for our Hispanic communities.
It is an honor to be your team leader; I know it will be a humbling experience. Whether in person or virtually, I look forward to having una taza de café contigo.
